Return Policy / 30 Day Return Period:

Changed your mind after receiving your gear? No sweat!

All paddles have a 'no questions asked' 30-day (from original purchase date) money back guarantee. Simply send back your *unopened/unused* gear and we will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee. 

Poach does NOT accept returns on used/opened products.

If you wish to make a return, you MUST contact us via email at support@poachpaddles.com PRIOR to returning your product.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY:

All Poach paddles have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle (unless otherwise stated). Crossfire and Reflex paddles excluded.

Paddles are replaceable 1 time only. The customer is responsible for covering all associated shipping charges. Replacement paddles may be a factory second paddle (still brand new, just with some marks or blemishes - this does not affect the playability of the paddle).

Registration is required to be eligible for the warranty policy. Paddles must be registered within 30-days of original purchase to be eligible for warranty. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty (bank & credit card statements can be used).

Poach reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it. Replacement paddles DO NOT have warranty. Paddles deemed to be abused and/or mistreated will not be replaced.

Replacement Paddle Shipping:

*Replacement paddle shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.*

What is NOT covered by the warranty? 

Please note:  If any of the below occurs, please still contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you.

Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.

Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.

Fading of graphics. This includes flecking/chipping. *Please note, chipping can also be caused by small pebbles sticking to the ball.*

Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).

Not being the original purchaser/Buying from a non-authorized Poach dealer (Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc.)

How long should a paddle last?  The lifespan of a paddle typically depends on both the frequency and intensity of play. Some individuals like a new paddle every 3 months, others 1 year and some up to 3+ years. But as with anything, there are wear and tear components. *The edge guard is a protective barrier that adds perimeter weighting (but from normal use will get scraped and eventually loosen from repeated contact with the ground) and need to be replaced. The grip is another item that over time, again depending on how often you play may need replacement. These latter points are considered wear & tear. Not a manufacturers defect.*
