Warranty Claim

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Poach paddles are backed by our industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship (unless otherwise stated).

If your paddle qualifies for a warranty replacement, we also offer the opportunity to upgrade to a higher-end paddle by simply paying the price difference plus shipping. Not only does this cover the cost of the new paddle, but it often turns into a great deal for players looking to level up their game!

Warranty Registration

To ensure your paddle is covered, registration is required within 30 days of purchase. Click the "Warranty Activation" button above to register your paddle.

Warranty Terms

  • Paddles are replaceable one time only.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with replacements.
  • Replacement paddles may be factory seconds (brand new but with minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect playability).
  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required (bank or credit card statements are acceptable).
  • Poach reserves the right to determine whether a paddle qualifies for warranty replacement.
  • Replacement paddles do not carry a warranty.
  • Paddles deemed abused or mistreated will not be replaced.

What Is Not Covered?

While we strive to provide the best service, the following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence
  • Modifications made to the paddle after purchase
  • Fading or chipping of graphics (including flecking, which can be caused by small pebbles sticking to the ball)
  • Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball (e.g., the ground or other paddles, which can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim)
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g., Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc.)

Paddle Lifespan & Maintenance

The lifespan of a paddle depends on frequency and intensity of play. Some players prefer a new paddle every 3 months, others every year, and some up to 3+ years.

Wear & Tear Components

  • Edge guards provide protection but will naturally wear down over time and may need replacement.
  • Grips may also need replacement depending on usage.

These are considered normal wear & tear, not manufacturer defects.
